Contact

Write to [email protected]. That mailbox is for this guide. Game support, refunds, and bans belong to Funktronic Labs through Steam, Xbox, or their Discord.

Email [email protected]. Include the page URL. Corrections need a source link. Privacy requests can use the same address. We aim to answer, and a slow week is not a second address.

The developer

Funktronic Labs runs scrambleknights.com and the Discord at discord.gg/funktroniclabs. Refunds go through the store you paid: Steam or Xbox.

What I checked

I put one address on every legal page so a reader is never told the site has no contact. Studio business mail stays on the press kit. I do not republish a personal inbox.

Questions

Can you recover a game account?

No. Account access is Steam, Xbox, or the studio.

Do you sell keys?

No. Download only from the stores linked on the download page.

Sources

Official identifies the publisher, not independent corroboration. Unless a specific claim cites two independent sources, each attributed figure or report is a single-source observation. Different pages from one publisher are one source.
