Official statements · Checked 2026-10-28

Is it on PS5?

No. As of October 28, 2026 the official platform lists are Steam (Windows and Linux) and Xbox platforms. PS5 is absent. That is “not announced”, not a dated coming-soon.

Where you can play instead

Steam and Xbox are the installs. Royale-era rumors do not add a PlayStation build. If a PS5 announcement appears, this page should change and keep the old sentence with its date.

What I checked

I checked the absence in more than one place because a missing console is easy to overstate. Four official surfaces omit PS5. I still will not write “never”.

Questions

Did the battle royale version release on PS5?

The royale was a playtest direction, not a PS5 product. The shipped game’s store pages do not list PS5.

Is there a PlayStation trailer?

The public trailers are from Funktronic Labs, Xbox, and IGN’s ID@Xbox slot. None of those is a PlayStation announcement.

Sources

Official identifies the publisher, not independent corroboration. Unless a specific claim cites two independent sources, each attributed figure or report is a single-source observation. Different pages from one publisher are one source.
