The price changed during development

On 2025-12-10, while the game was still a battle royale, the studio said the price would likely land between $5 and $10. On 2026-06-03, after the genre change, an announcement said it would likely cost between $15 and $20 with no subscription. The 2026-10-21 launch note set $12.99. Only $12.99 is the current price.

The launch FAQ says it is a single purchase with no microtransactions and no pay-to-win or pay-to-progress. The same note says a founder’s pack or cosmetic DLC might be considered later, and that there was no plan at that time.

Questions

Is the Xbox price also discounted?

Not in the 2026-10-28 Xbox store check. That page showed US$12.99 and a 0% discount. Do not assume the Steam 25% applies there.

When does the Steam discount end?

Steam store and SteamDB list November 9, 2026 for the introductory offer. No exact end hour is asserted here; offers can change.

Are there in-game purchases?

The October 21, 2026 announcement says no microtransactions and no pay-to-win or pay-to-progress at launch.
