What I checked

People for People Also Ask were mixing the names, so I put the years in the first sentence. I used Wikipedia for Knight Online’s origin and the Steam page for the 2016 Windows listing. I did not compare combat systems I have not read in both manuals.

Is there a shared account?

No source connects the accounts. They are different products.

Which one is the battle royale?

Neither, today. Scramble Knights dropped its royale mode. Knight Online is a classic MMO.
